Max Copelan has 8 years of experience in the investment banking and private equity sectors. Prior to joining Ember, Max was with Moelis & Company’s Investment Banking Division in New York focusing primarily on mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and recapitalizations. Max started his career in the Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions groups at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.

Max holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a B.S. (with Highest Honors) in Business and Finance from Lehigh University.
