Allie Ryan is responsible for office management administration. Prior to Ember, Ms. Ryan worked at Goldman Sachs within the Private Wealth
Management Division, where she oversaw diverse administrative and operational functions for the New York Regional Management Team. Allie
began her career as a program administrator within the non-profit and public sectors.

Allie holds a double B.A. in International Studies and French from University of North Carolina Wilmington.

Luba Shabal is the Chief Impact Officer at Ember Infrastructure. Luba is responsible for Impact assessment, measurement, value creation and reporting across the Ember platform.

Previously, Luba was head of Impact Measurement and Management at Closed Loop Partners, leading impact assessment and reporting. Prior to joining Closed Loop Partners, Luba worked at Covanta, the largest waste-to-energy company in the U.S., focusing on optimization of metals recovery and recycling.

Luba is an environmental engineer by training, holding a MS from Columbia University and a BS from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
