Jim Reinhart

Jim has more than 35 years of experience leading high-growth, operationally intensive businesses across the real assets, financial services, and technology sectors. He has held multiple CEO and senior executive roles and has a proven track record of transforming organizations, improving performance, and scaling complex operations.
Most recently, Jim served as Chief Executive Officer of MakoRabco, where he led a comprehensive value creation plan of a national construction platform. Under his leadership, the company enhanced operations, improved margins by more than 500 basis points, and achieved profitable growth in less than two years.
Previously, Jim was CEO and President of Ygrene, a national provider of property improvement financing. He expanded market share from under 35% to over 60%, improved net income by more than $100 million, acquired competitor assets, and launched a new business line that generated a $1 billion pipeline in its first year. He also served as Chief Operating Officer of QTS Realty Trust, where he managed a $450 million P&L across a global data center portfolio, guided the company through significant growth, and helped lead its transition to the public markets.
Earlier in his career, Jim held senior leadership roles at Genworth Financial and Capital One and began his career as an officer in the U.S. Navy’s Nuclear Submarine Force. He holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, and a B.S. with distinction from the United States Naval Academy.
